Panel: Applying Environmental Justice Frameworks to Sustainability Science Research

 

Prof. Sarah Fletcher served as a panelist on the Applying Environmental Justice Frameworks to Sustainability Science Research Panel event hosted at Green Library at Stanford University on April 19th, 2022. The free event centered on discussion of environmental justice principles across practices and disciplines and described how environmental justice frameworks can impact research that seeks to promote social justice and environmental sustainability.

Panelists included Dr. Sarah Fletcher of the Fletcher Lab, Olivia Fu (Stanford undergraduate student in Urban Studies), Stephanie Fischer (staff researcher at Stanford Earth), and Claudia Christine Avila (postdoctoral research at Stanford Earth).
