PhD Candidate Mofan Zhang Presents at Cornell EWRS Seminar

PhD candidate Mofan Zhang presented her research at the Energy & Water Resources Systems (EWRS) Seminar at Cornell University. Her talk, entitled “Learning About Climate to Improve Water Adaptive Planning”, introduced BayesianDPS, a novel framework that integrates Bayesian learning into adaptive infrastructure decision-making.

She also highlighted her research examining the role of climate oscillation patterns in adaptive planning, as well as extensions of the BayesianDPS approach for guiding energy capacity investment under technological uncertainty.
